研究以NiO和Fe2O3为主要原料合成镍铁尖晶石反应烧结过程中的热力学条件·同时对在不同烧结条件下合成的尖晶石二次烧结制备的阳极试样的抗弯强度及高温电导率进行了测量·结果表明:NiO和Fe2O3固相反应的热力学条件具备,反应先于致密化过程结束·当未经压制成型的粉料直接在合成温度为900℃下合成6h,经破碎工艺及二次烧结后,所制得的惰性阳极试样强度及电导率最大,烧结性能最好·而破碎工艺对增加粉末活性,提高试样电导率及力学性能也十分重要

补充资料:半导电纸
电缆纸浆中掺入胶体炭粒(直径约为 25~200微米)抄成的纸。半导电纸的体电阻率约为103~106欧米,厚度一般为0.12毫米,广泛代替金属化纸用作油浸纸绝缘电缆的屏蔽层。半导电纸有分散放电强度和吸收油中离子和分析出来的气体的作用,因而可使电缆绝缘的工频击穿场强提高30~40%,同时改善tgδ的温度曲线,提高电缆绝缘性能。半导电纸作为电缆屏蔽,在高电场强度下,它可能提高绝缘的tgδ值,因此,对于超高压电缆采用双色半导电纸作为屏蔽层最外一层。所谓双色半导电纸是一面为绝缘纸,另一面为半导电纸,用作电缆屏蔽层时,绝缘纸的一面向绝缘层。电缆屏蔽层采用双色半导电纸后,可改善电缆绝缘tgδ与电场强度的关系,使tgδ值几乎与电场强度无关。
