治法。为一种治疗男子早泄的方法。具体方法:从女方触摸男性生殖器开始,女方将其大拇指放在阴茎系带处,示指、中指放在对侧冠状沟下方。一次坚实的握压持续约4秒,然后突然松开,此压力总是加于阴茎 的前后面,而不加于侧面。重要的是女方要用她的指垫,而避免捏阴茎或用指甲捏它,此法必须从嬉弄阴茎的初期开始采用,每几分钟周期性持续进行。无论阴茎勃起与否,这种挤压术 皆可以用,但压力的强度应当因勃起的程度成比例。当夫妇要进行性交时,要求女方在试用 插入前先采用挤压术3~6次。一旦阴茎完全进入,她应当仍然容纳阴茎15~30秒,男方不可抽动,然后将阴茎退出,再用挤压术并再插入,这时可开始作缓缓推进。一旦男方的射精控制得到改善,则采用“基底挤压”,这是挤压术的另一种形式,即对阴茎基底部的挤压,以便 性交过程不必为作挤压术“下马”所中断。
