黄鳝 Monopterus albus;rice-fieldeel 合鳃鳝目合鳃鳝科黄鳝属的一种。又称、鳝鱼、蛇鱼。体细长,呈蛇形,前段圆,向后渐侧扁,尾部尖细,体长一般可达260~600毫米;头圆,口大,上颌稍突出;唇颇发达,上、下颌及口盖骨上都有细齿;眼小,为皮膜所覆盖;两个鼻孔分离较远,后鼻孔在眼前缘的上方,前鼻孔在吻端;左右鳃孔在腹面合而为一,呈倒“V”字形;鳃膜连于鳃峡;体润滑无鳞;无偶鳍,奇鳍退化,仅有不显明的皮褶。腹腔膜褐色;鳔退化;生活时体背侧黑色或有黑色小斑点;腹侧微黄或橙黄。黄鳝为热带及暖温带沼泽区底层生活的鱼类,喜栖息于河道、湖泊、沟渠及稻田中。日间藏在混浊泥底的洞穴中或堤岸的石隙中;夜间外出觅食。以昆虫及其幼虫、蛙、蝌蚪、小鱼、小虾、蚯蚓等为食。黄鳝在中国主要分布于东部辽河到云南西部,西达关中及川西金沙江下游,南达台湾及海南。产量大,肉味鲜美,是一种极好的经济鱼类。 |
