火热喘急 病证名。出《医宗金鉴·幼科心法要诀》。又名火喘。症见喘急而口干舌燥，面赤唇红。多因火热郁滞肺胃，使肺气郁而不宣，痰浊挟热，阻塞气道所致。属肺热者，宜清肺泄热，用凉膈散；属胃热便结者，宜清热通便，用凉膈白虎汤。
