With the aim to improve the purity of total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves,the suitable resin for separating and purifying total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves and the optimum parameters of purification were studied.
为提高青钱柳叶总黄酮的纯度,筛选适宜青钱柳叶总黄酮纯化的大孔树脂,确定青钱柳叶总黄酮纯化工艺参数,选用大孔树脂材料,采用静态与动态吸附—解吸方法对青钱柳叶总黄酮进行纯化,以吸附量与洗脱率为考察指标对树脂进行选择与工艺研究,并利用紫外可见分光光度计测量青钱柳叶总黄酮的含量。

植物形态：落叶乔木，高达25米。树皮厚，灰色，老时深裂，幼枝有细绒毛。叶互生，奇数羽状复叶，小叶7~9枚，长椭圆状卵圆形至长椭圆状披针形，长4~10厘米，宽2~4.5厘米，基部偏斜，先端短渐尖，边缘有细锐锯齿，中脉两面隆起，有细毛，侧脉在表面微凸，稍有细毛，在背面明显隆起，密生细毛，叶轴无翅，密生绣褐色细毛。花单性同株，下垂茅荑花序，雄花序每2~4穗生于叶腋，花被4片，雄蕊20~30枚，雌花序单生枝端，花被4裂，子房上位，1室。柱头2裂。果序长20~25厘米，坚果有圆盘状阔翅似铜钱状。 生态分布：产长江流域各省；多生于沟谷及山坡阔叶林中。 药用部分：叶入药，夏秋采收。 用途：同枫杨。嫩叶捣烂取汁搽癣，效果良好。
