Qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile and semi-volatile flavor constituents in HXD of cigarette manufacturing procedure were performed by simultaneous distillation equipment(SDE),GC, and GC/MS.
应用同时蒸馏萃取、气相色谱仪和气相色谱/质谱联用仪,对卷烟制丝烘丝工序中挥发性、半挥发性香味物质的变化进行研究,结合烟丝的感官质量评吸结果,优化了烘丝工序中4个参数,得出较佳的参数水平为:注入蒸汽量为1600kg/h、物料流量为4100kg/h、工艺气为13500kg/h和负压水平为800Pa。

The drying cylinder is a large time delay system with large heat capacity,so there is strong nonlinearity and long-time hysteresis between the moisture content of cut tobacco and the input variations;at the same time, there is some disturbance such as the fluctuation of moisture content of the entering cut tobacco.
烘丝筒是具有较大热容的大滞后系统,出口烟丝水分含量相对于输入变量具有较强的非线性和滞后性:又由于入口烟丝水分含量波动等干扰,运用常规的PID算法难以达到期望的控制效果。
