性质:烘干火柴梗设备。由炉体(燃烧室)、滚筒、传动机构和引风装置等四部分组成。滚筒内壁焊有纵向挡板条,简体横卧于两组托辊上,略有倾斜(约10°)。传动机构通过齿轮、齿圈带动滚筒旋转(约10r/min)。设置于滚筒尾后的引风机将炉膛中燃烧产生的热烟气通过筒内。湿梗由滚筒较高一端进入筒内,在螺旋式翻滚运动过程中,受热而逐渐被烘干,从滚筒另一端流出。该机的优点是效率高,但弱点是火焰和温度不易控制,易将梗枝熏黑、烤糊甚至引起火灾。
