主料： 姜薯半斤、白果四两、糖一杯。
做法： 1、白果去壳后，放落滚水中煮十五分钟。取起去心去衣，洗净滴干水，加糖腌过夜。用糖腌后较可口，不用也可以。
2、姜薯刮去皮，洗净切薄片。未煮前可浸在清水中，以免变色。
3、把水19/4杯煲滚，放下白果及腌白果的糖煲滚，慢火再煲十五分钟，放入姜薯煲月念，约煲五分钟，视乎姜薯厚薄而定。
