设备概述:

 EYCFL系列密闭加压振打过滤机是在EYCCL基础上,为满足用户需要而开发的新产品。它主要适用于制药、生物工程、油脂、化工等工业液体脱色工艺过程及其它液体过滤工艺过程。脱色工艺过程一般采用活性炭粉末或活性白土粉末进行脱色,脱色完毕后,将活性炭粉末或活性白土粉末滤除,采用EYCFL系列密闭加压振打过滤机是最理想的过滤设备。该机也可用于其它采用助滤剂或不采用助滤剂的液体过滤过程。

 工作原理: 

 该叶滤机采用密封加压、多滤叶、微孔精密过滤的方法来实现较理想的分离效果。其结构为:在一个密闭的机壳内,垂直装有多片不锈钢滤叶、用来支承和贴附,起有主要过滤作用,底部平法兰上装有不锈钢平面滤网,其作用使壳体内液体完全过滤,无残液。过滤时,先循环过滤进行预涂,使滤叶表面形成一层预涂层,待滤液清亮后(通过视镜观察),即可进行正常过滤。
 其原理是:当输液泵向机壳内输入一定数量,并含有活性炭粉末或活性白土粉末的溶液时,将会产生一定的压力,液体在压力的作用下流入滤网,活性炭粉末或活性白土粉末截留在滤网表面,产生一定的过滤阻力,形成内外压差,随着溶液中的活性炭粉末或活性白土粉末随溶液的流入,逐渐地吸附于滤叶表面,经循环一定时间,并形成具有相当过滤能力的滤饼层,溶液经滤饼层去除杂质流入滤叶内腔,再经出液管,流出清液。 

 典型应用: 

 该机广泛应用于化工、制药、石油、油脂、啤酒、白酒、葡萄酒、黄酒、果汁饮料、明胶以及其它类似液体的过滤。在活性碳的过滤中,效果极佳。(在山东等地大型药厂使用情况良好)。
