本草著作。?《雷公药对》别名。?托名桐君撰，约与《雷公药对》同时，今佚。?一名《徐王药对》。2卷。北齐徐之才(士茂)撰于约公元6世纪中期。一般认为此书是以《雷公药对》为基础增补而成。掌禹锡称此书：“以众药名品、君臣佐使、性毒相反及所主疾病分类而记之。凡2卷。旧本多引以为据，其言治病用药最详。”今存佚文有辨证加减用药与药性功治、君臣佐使等内容。明李时珍将“十剂”之说归于徐氏《药对》，据考实原出陈藏器《本草拾遗》。原书佚，经宋掌禹锡引录，今存于《证类本草》之佚文有序例1篇，条文若干。
