q旧o{旧nggong桥梁钢(steel for building bridge)用于建造桥梁构件的专业用钢。中国的桥梁钢已列入标准的有5个钢号,其中15MnVNq钢分为C、B、A三级。化学成分和力学性能见表1、表2。表1桥梁钢化学成分命葬拜幸 表2桥梁钢力学性能一一一件…续表2一聋其… 注:16MnCuq的力学性能同16Mn。 a一钢板厚度,mm;b一试样宽度,mm;d一弯心直径,mm。其中广泛应用的钢号有两个,一般中、小型桥梁多用16Mnq钢,大型枪焊桥梁用15MnvNq钢,该钢是符合中国资源情况,不含贵重合金元素的低合金结构钢,其主要特点是强度高、韧性好、焊接性和其他工艺性能优异,在冶炼上采用渣洗、喷射冶金、吹氢、钢坯缓冷等技术措施,净化了钢质。C类钢的P、S含量分别降至0.020%和。.015环以下,低温(一4。〔一)和时效冲击功达到39.2)以上。 桥梁钢的质量检查很严格,对d一3a,1800的冷弯试验必须完好。还规定要做断口检验,断口的组织应均匀,不得有肉眼可见的缩孔残余、气泡、夹杂、贯穿断日的裂纹和两条相当于断口长度2/3的裂纹。钢板表面不得有气泡、结疤、裂纹、夹杂、折叠,钢板不得有分层。 中国的桥梁建筑已由铆接桥逐渐向枪焊桥过渡,正朝着高强、大跨、枪焊的方一向发展。大跨度枪焊桥要求钢板厚度在somm以上,要求大厚度钢板必须具有足够的强度、低温韧性和良好的可焊性,15MnVNq钢性能符合大跨度枪焊桥梁用钢的需要。 (万末运)
