材料:大虾数只。
作料:姜末、蒜茸、洋葱、咖喱粉、盐、糖、辣椒粉(根据家人口味而定)、白葡萄酒、食用油。
调料:香菜、蒜茸、姜末、洋葱、柠檬汁。
制作:将油锅烧热,把大虾放入油锅,炸至八成熟取出待用。在锅中倒少许油,烧热后放入作料煸炒,待炒出香味后倒入少许白葡萄酒,再放入大虾,用小火将汤汁收干,即可装盘。将香菜、洋葱切末,与蒜茸、姜末拌匀,再加少许柠檬汁,配成调味汁,淋在大虾上。
