性质:又可称气压成型。系将塑料片材进行热成型制得所需制品,且成型压力和脱模力均来自压缩空气的方法。片材夹紧在模具上,加热至一定温度软化后,通入压缩空气使其与模具表面贴合,冷却后再用压缩空气通过模具底部将制品吹出。此法可用较厚片材生产较大制品,且具有加热速度快、压力较真空成型高的特点。
