A serial of cordierite-based complex oxides of Fe(O)、FeNi(O) and FeNiZr(O) was prepared by impregnation and their catalytic activity in selective catalytic reduct.
本课题以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为载体,用浸渍法制备了Fe(O)、FeNi(O)、FeNiZr(O)等一系列铁系复合金属氧化物,采用程序升温法,以尿素为还原剂,利用固定床流动化反应评价系统评价了各个催化剂选择催化还原NO_x的催化活性,同时考察了催化剂组分负载量、焙烧温度、空速对其催化活性的影响,考察结果表明:催化剂的组分负载量、焙烧温度、空速对其活性均有较大影响,其中以铁作为催化还原NO_x的催化剂整体活性不高,在焙烧温度为600℃、Fe负载量为6wt%时催化剂的活性仅有34。

采用X射线衍射 (XRD)和扫描电镜 (SEM )研究了由氧化物粉末制备堇青石陶瓷时 ,高能球磨及其后续热处理对堇青石陶瓷相组成和相变过程的影响 ,分析了高能球磨的作用机理 ;探明了经高能球磨的样品在低温烧成 (90 0℃ )时 ,首先出现了新的中间相镁铝尖晶石 (MgAl2 O4) ,110 0℃中间相消失。
