蜡样芽胞杆菌


一种需氧、有芽胞的革兰阳性大杆菌。广泛存在于土壤中,芽胞能耐高温,但繁殖体不耐热。此菌易在含淀粉较多的谷类食物(常见者为酒酿、隔夜剩饭、面包等)中生长繁殖。本菌能产生肠毒素而致病。
