| 芽孢杆菌属 Bacillus 革兰氏染色阳性菌。产生芽孢，需氧或兼性厌氧。大多数有动力，无荚膜，多数溶血，通常过氧化氢酶阳性。包括对人和动物致病的炭疽芽孢杆菌，可引起食物中毒的蜡状芽孢杆菌，非致病性的枯草芽孢杆菌、蕈状芽孢杆菌、多粘芽孢杆菌等。炭疽芽孢杆菌有荚膜，无鞭毛，在人工培养物内细菌呈长链状排列，形成圆卵形芽孢；芽孢位于菌体中央，但不大于菌体宽度；专性需氧；芽孢的抵抗力很强，在干燥状态下可生存数十年；本菌主要使食草动物发病，病程急剧，死亡率高；人的易感性仅次于食草动物，病菌经由破损的皮肤、消化道或呼吸道侵入体内，死亡率高；可用抗生素和磺胺治疗。 |
