With L-cystine dimethyl ester,tartaric dichloride,terephthaloyl chloride and oxalyl dichloride as starting materials,three cystine-based pseudocyclopeptides were synthesized in the yields of 40 %,12 % and 30 %,respectively.
以胱氨酸二甲酯、酒石酸二酰氯、对苯二甲酰氯、草酰氯为起始物,在高度稀释的条件下进行反应,合成了24,28,30元环的3个类环肽,收率分别为40%,12%,30%。
