粮食加工机械的一种。从磨粉机研磨后的物料中分离出纯和较纯的胚乳颗粒的机械。由装有双路 2层筛面的一个筛体或装有2或3层筛面的双筛体,配以风道、风室等构成(见图)。每层筛面由4个配有不同筛网的筛格串联而成。筛体用角度可调的吊杆吊挂,并由偏心或惯性力传动机构驱动作弧形抛掷运动。气流从筛体下面向上穿过2层或3层筛面,进入筛体上部的8~16个风室,每个风室可分别调节风量。振动、筛网和气流的综合作用可使进入清粉机的物料松散并按比重、粒形、表面性状和空气动力学特性大体分为6层,轻麸皮被吸走,带皮胚乳作为筛上物输出;纯的和较纯的胚乳颗粒作为筛下物再进入磨粉机,进一步研磨成特等或上等面粉。制作普通面粉时,不使用清粉机。
