形态特征 茄科茄参属多年生草本植物。根肉质，多分叉。根茎短缩，密生鳞片状叶;茎高3-6厘米。叶集生于茎顶端，长椭圆形或铲状椭圆形，长3-6厘米，宽约1.5厘米。5-6月开花，花单生于叶腋，俯垂;花萼钟状，长约7毫米，直径约7毫米，5裂，裂片长圆形;花冠黄色，钟状，长约1厘米，直径约8毫米，5浅裂，裂片阔卵形，长约3.5毫米，基部缢缩，顶端钝圆，外面生柔毛。浆果球形，直径1-1.5厘米。
生境分布:生于海拔3650-4000米的河滩草地或岩石缝、林下等。分布于青海和西藏。
用途:全草药用，治肺脓肿。
