原料

乳鸽1只,桂圆10克、百合50克,姜1块,精盐、味精各适量。

美食笔记

1.将鸽宰杀,桂圆去壳,百合用温水略泡后洗净。

2.将鸽子、百合、桂圆入炖锅,掺入清水,放入拍破的姜块,炖至鸽肉熟烂时,拣去姜块不用,调入精盐、味精炖至入味,盛入盆中即可。

口味特点

汤汁浓醇,咸鲜略甜苦。
