银耳陈皮炖乳鸽
原料
主料：乳鸽2只（每只约重400克）；
配料：水发白木耳100克，水发陈皮10克；
调料：精盐10克，味精5克，鸡精2克，高汤750克。
制法
乳鸽宰杀洗净，剁成块，放入沸水锅中氽水2分钟，用水冲凉，装入汤碗中。
水发白木耳洗净剖块，放入沸水锅中氽一下，也放入汤碗中，再放入水发陈皮。
锅置中火上，下高汤烧沸，加入精盐、味精、鸡精搅匀，冲入汤碗中，上笼屉用旺火蒸30分钟，至熟即成。
特点：此菜味道清鲜，有滋阴补肺疗效
