原料
主料:乳鸽2只(每只约重400克);
配料:水发白木耳100克,水发陈皮10克;
调料:精盐10克,味精5克,鸡精2克,高汤750克。
制法
乳鸽宰杀洗净,剁成块,放入沸水锅中氽水2分钟,用水冲凉,装入汤碗中。
水发白木耳洗净剖块,放入沸水锅中氽一下,也放入汤碗中,再放入水发陈皮。
锅置中火上,下高汤烧沸,加入精盐、味精、鸡精搅匀,冲入汤碗中,上笼屉用旺火蒸30分钟,至熟即成。
特点:此菜味道清鲜,有滋阴补肺疗效
