性质: 绿褐色粉末。密度5.75~6.13g/cm3。热稳定性、耐腐蚀性好。加热到2000℃也不与水作用。微溶于王水。将金属钒在氮气流中加强热即可制得,或将五氧化二钒与碳混合,置于氮气流中加强热制得。可用作高温绝缘材料。
