性质: 聚合物总重量中结晶部分所占的百分比。结晶度随化学结构、立体规整性、有无支链和氢键及结晶条件的不同而异。结晶度不同,同种聚合物的力学性能也不同。如低密度聚乙烯的结晶度为60%左右,而高密度聚乙烯的结晶度为90%左右。聚甲醛、聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚四氟乙烯等都是典型的结晶性聚合物,但很难得到100%的结晶,通常从熔融状态冷却后,其固体结构均为结晶和非结晶两部分组成。结晶度可用相对密度、比热容、熔解热、X射线衍射、红外光谱分析和核磁共振等法进行测定。
