【原料】
牡蛎 500克、芋头 100克、豆腐 100克、芝麻盐 2克、酱油 20克、香油10克、
醋 5克、葱 20克、蒜 10克、胡椒面 0.5克、生姜 10克
【制作过程】
1、把牡蛎用滚烫的盐水烫,把芋头煮熟后去皮,大的切成一半。把豆腐煎一下,切均匀。
2、在酱油里放入葱、蒜、香油、生姜汁、胡椒面、芝麻盐,做成调料。
3、在签子上交错串上牡蛎、豆腐、芋头后,抹上调料汁在炭火上烤。
4、待熟了以后放到碟子上,跟糖醋酱一起端出。
