弹性合金
spring alloy
    具有显著弹性特性的精密合金。弹性合金在静态和交变载荷作用下有很强的抗微塑性变形能力和抗松弛特性,此外还具有无磁性、硬度高、电阻率低、弹性模量温度系数低、内耗小等性能。一般分为高弹性合金和恒弹性合金两类。前者弹性极限高,滞弹性效应低,耐热性好,能在较高温度下工作,主要有特殊高弹性合金、铁基弹性合金和铜基弹性合金。高弹性合金用于制造膜盒、膜片、弹簧片、高应力弹簧、发条等。恒弹性合金在一定温度范围内弹性模量几乎不随温度变化,其典型合金是艾林瓦合金,这种合金在0~40℃的温度内,其弹性模量温度系数几乎为零。用艾林瓦合金制成的手表游丝,免去了原来的补偿件,使手表的走时误差减少1/4。恒弹性合金主要用来制造高精度的控制测量设备的敏感元件,如膜盒、气压表盒、压力传感器,以及精密弹簧、游丝、音叉、延迟线等。
