| 橄榄 Canarium album；Chinese olive 橄榄科（Burseraceae）橄榄属常绿乔木。又称青榄、白榄。亚热带果树。原产中国，福建、广东沿海一带为主要产区。越南、老挝、泰国、缅甸及马来西亚也有少量栽培。全属约100种。中国有7种。 橄榄树高10～20米。叶互生，奇数羽状复叶。圆锥花序顶生或腋生。核果椭圆形，黄绿色至黄白色，果核坚硬，两端锐尖。常见栽培品种有檀香、惠园等。性喜高温多湿，以年平均温度20～22℃生长最适。对土壤适应范围较广。实生繁殖时种子需经层积处理始能发芽；用嫁接繁殖可提早结果，芽接在定植后2～3年进行。初植要勤施肥、除草，成年树要经常培土护根，修剪过密杂乱枝条。主要病虫害有金龟子、天牛等。
橄榄果实可生食，但多用作加工制品，并可入药。核壳可制活性炭，核仁可榨油。 |
