性质:一种用来检测混在物料中金属物质的设备。利用物料的磁性差异及它们在磁场中所受磁力的不同进行分离物料经过分离滚筒时磁性金属杂质被磁场吸在输送带上,而非磁性的物料被卸下。磁性金属杂质牢固地保持到输送带绕过分离滚筒后落入接受容器中。磁力分离器分为永磁和电磁型两种、输送带上物料层最大厚度不超过50mm,能吸的磁性物料粒度不小于3mm。当输送带上的物料床层厚度大于50mm或磁性物的颗粒极细时,宜采用电磁型的滚筒分离器。
