The flame retardant asphalts were prepared with Liaohe AH-70 type high-quality paving asphalt as feedstock,decabromo-diphenyl oxide,decabromo-diphenyl ethane,antimonous oxide et al as flame retardants,aluminum hydroxide as smoke inhibitor and drawing off oil high in aromatics as dispersion medium under the condition of heating and mixing.
