Aiming at the resource of harmonic wave, the harmfulness of harmonic wave in electrical equipments was analyzed, of which on the basis, the relevant advices of restraining technology were also given out, and in order to analyze the reasons of electrical harmonic wave and its restraining technology clearly on application, the harmonic wave of gymnasium was taken as an example in this paper.
