性质:由两种或多种互相贯穿的交联聚合物组成的共混物。至少一种组分是在另一种组分存在下聚合或交联的。化学交联使两种或多种聚合物链互相缠结,引起强迫互容,达到抑制热力学上相分离的倾向,形成较精细的共混物结构。IPN有下列几种类型:(1)完全IPN,两种聚合物均为交联网络;(2)半IPN,一种聚合物是交联网络,另一种聚合物是线型的;(3)乳液IPN,由两种线型弹性乳胶混合凝聚交联制成;(4)梯度IPN,组成不均一的IPN;(5)热塑IPN,物理交联聚合物共混物。
