性质:在构成分步互穿网络IPN的两种聚合物中。若仅有一种聚合物是交联的,另一种聚合物是线型非交联的,则称为半互穿聚合物网络。它又可分为两类:若聚合物(I)是交联型的,聚合物(Ⅱ)为非交联型的,则称为第一类半互穿聚合物网络,简记为半-1;相反,若聚合物(Ⅱ)是交联型则称为第二类半互穿聚合物网络,简记为半-2。一个半-IPN为接枝共聚物,其中一个是交联聚合物,而另一个则基本是线性的。第二种半-IPN比第一种半-IPN更接近于接枝共聚物。例如,聚(丁二烯-Co-苯乙烯)/聚苯乙烯制备的半IPN是一种高冲击强度的聚苯乙烯接枝共聚物产品,比相应的接枝共聚物更为强韧。一般认为,增加聚合物工的交联密度能得到更细的相区尺寸,但相区太小也可能得不到最大的韧性。
