性质:所谓“梯度”,系指制品的剖面上从正面到反面存在着组成的逐步变化。制品类似于用多层聚合物热合而成;但它不同处为层间的组成变化不是突变的。制备梯度聚合物的最简便的方式是利用扩散,即将单体通过浸泡扩散到另一聚合物的制品中,然后使该单体聚合。扩散可以在制品的正反两面同时进行,也可以只在其中一面上进行。由于扩散使单体从制品表面到剖面深处的浓度渐次递减,故而该单体聚合后形成的第二种聚合物也由表及里形成了“渐变”的浓度变化。
