| 硬脂酸 stearic acid 一种脂肪酸。分子式CH3（CH2）16COOH。广泛存在于自然界中。几乎所有的油脂中都含有数量不等的硬脂酸，在动物脂肪中含量较高，如牛油中含量可达24％；植物油中含量较少，茶油为0.8％，棕榈油为6％，但可可脂中的含量则高达34％ 。硬脂酸为正构十八碳酸 。白色蜡状固体 。熔点71.2℃ ，沸点232℃（15毫米汞柱），相对密度0.9408（20／4℃）。几乎不溶于水，易溶于乙醚、氯仿和苯等有机溶剂。商品硬脂酸实际上是45％硬脂酸和55％软脂酸的混合物。硬脂酸的钠盐或钾盐是肥皂的组成部分，硬脂酸钠盐的去污能力不及软脂酸钠，但它能增加肥皂的硬度。硬脂酸及其盐类除用作表面活性剂外，还用于雪花膏等日用化妆品、润滑脂、涂料、绝缘材料等中。 |
