烹制方法:
1、菜心洗净,坐锅点火,放入清水煮沸,加入油、盐,然后将油菜心汆至断生,红椒粒野汆至断生,倒入凉开水中晾凉,沥干水分。将油菜心切成细粒,放入干净盆中;
2、将红椒粒、酥葵花籽仁放入菜心盆中,放入精盐、鸡精、白糖、葱油、香油拌匀,然后放入金字塔模具中,后扣入盘中即可。
特点:葵花籽酥香,菜心细嫩。
