材料:
白糖180克;柠檬一个(没有柠檬的话,可用一个桔子或橙子代替);125克葵花籽油(这种油在超市有的卖,如果买不到,可以用粟米油代替,但是千万不要用炒菜的花生油或色拉油,否则做出的点心会有很重的菜油味);3个鸡蛋;面粉200克;一茶勺泡打粉;1/4茶勺盐;60克葵花籽(超市卖的那种盐炒的袋装无壳葵花籽就可以)
做法:
1、把烤箱预热至150摄氏度在一个9英寸的面包模内涂油,然后再撒一层面粉。
2、把柠檬皮剥下,然后切成末。
3、在大碗内混合糖、柠檬皮和葵花籽油,拌均匀,然后加入鸡蛋,要一个个地加,每加入一个蛋都要拌匀。
4、加入200克面粉、泡打粉和盐,拌匀。
5、把葵花籽倒在小碗内,另取一汤勺面粉,与葵花籽拌匀,然后倒入面糊中拌匀。
6、将面糊倒入烤模,放入烤箱烤1小时。
说明:
还可以根据自己的口味在面糊中加入葡萄干或坚果,但是葡萄干一定要先用水泡一个小时之后再滤掉水份加到面糊里,否则因为整颗的葡萄干比较重,在烤的过程中会沉到最底部,烤完之后蛋糕底就是一层黑糊的葡萄干啦。
