辅料：熟酥葵花籽仁、红椒粒
调料：精盐、鸡精、白糖、葱油、香油
烹制方法：
1、菜心洗净，坐锅点火，放入清水煮沸，加入油、盐，然后将油菜心汆至断生，红椒粒野汆至断生，倒入凉开水中晾凉，沥干水分。将油菜心切成细粒，放入干净盆中；
2、将红椒粒、酥葵花籽仁放入菜心盆中，放入精盐、鸡精、白糖、葱油、香油拌匀，然后放入金字塔模具中，后扣入盘中即可。
特点：葵花籽酥香，菜心细嫩。
