夹渣

J Iazha夹渣(s lag Patch)在浇注过程中,浇注系统中的泥砂、熔蚀的流钢砖或脱氧产物,从模内钢液中浮出来,被正在凝固的锭壳捕获,而形成的钢锭缺陷,亦称夹砂。当保护渣熔化不良时,也会被上升的钢液卷入表层而形成夹渣。这种缺陷会造成轧材夹砂。其防止措施主要是改善脱氧工艺,仔细清扫浇注系统以及改善保护渣配方。 (汪建农)
