性质:又名保藏剂。为食品防霉、防腐目的而使用的添加剂。允许使用的合成品主要有安息香酸、山梨糖醇酸及其盐类、对羟基安息酸酯类、脱氢乙酸、丙酸及其盐类。作为橘类保鲜剂则可用联苯、邻苯基苯酚、2-(4-噻唑基)苯并咪唑类。有些合成品,例如水杨酸、月桂基三甲铵及2,4,5-三氯酚盐在某些国家已禁止使用作食品保鲜剂。
