本文以醇提得到的灰树花胞外多糖(GFP)为主要研究对象,对其进行了糖含量、旋光度、紫外扫描、红外扫描、气相色谱等一系列性质检测;应用Sephadex G-200对GFP进行组分分离并通过对各组分体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的跟踪检测,筛选得到一个活性较强的灰树花胞外多糖宏观均一组分(GFP-1);针对该组分进行了体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的研究,在标准体系下测定了其半抑制率并确定了抑制类型;通过四氧嘧啶诱发的实验性高血糖模型小鼠的体内实验进一步证实了GFP在体内的降血糖活性,对机体免疫调节功能与控制血糖的协同作用进行了探讨。
