Sh0OSUn烧损(fi re waste)钢在高温状态下因氧化而造成的损耗。从锭坯到成品的整个生产过程中钢要经过多次加热,据测定,每加热一次约有0.5%一2.5%的钢被烧损。烧损不仅造成钢的直接损失,产生的氧化铁皮还降低钢的导热能力,侵蚀炉底耐火材料,恶化炉子操作条件,对轧件顺利咬入和钢材表面质量也产生不良影响。因此,减少金属烧损是钢加热过程中的重要间题。钢的烧损(氧化)过程主要是铁与炉气中的C02、02、H20发生化学反应的过程,其反应式如下: Fe+粤。,一Feo 2-‘一_ 3Fe+202一一Fe3O- ZFe:04+今。:一3FeZo3 -一‘一”’2一‘-一‘一J Fe+CO:一FeO+CO 3Fe+4COZ一Fe3O4+4CO 3FeO+COZ一FesO;+CO Fe十HZO一FeO+HZ 3Fe+4HZO一Fe3O4十4H2 3Fe+HzO一-今Fe3O;+Hz烧损与加热温度、加热时间、炉内气氛和钢的化学成分等因素有关。加热温度越高、高温下停留的时间越长、炉内氧化性气氛愈浓,则加热时的烧损愈多。因此减少烧损的主要措施是,在满足加热工艺的条件下,适当提高加热速度,缩短加热时间;控制炉内气氛,在保证燃料完全燃烧的条件下,减少过剩的空气并防止冷空气的吸入等。此外,采取保护性气体或用保护性涂料也能减少或防止钢的氧化。 (衷康)
