zhazh一Jiezou轧制节奏(rolling。yele)轧制时相邻两根轧件进入(或轧出)同一轧机的时间间隔。在同样条件下,轧制节奏越短,轧机小时产童越高;反之,轧机小时产量越低。影响轧制节奏长短的因素是多方面的,不仅与工艺因素(如坯料长短、断面尺寸大小、道次多少、操作条件等)有直接联系,也与设备条件(如轧机布置形式、机架多少、速度高低以及电机能力大小等)密切相关。合理地分配轧制道次使各机组负荷均匀、提高操作水平、减少操作间隙时间、改变操作方式、实行文叉乳制、在设备允许条件下加大变形量、强化轧制过程等都可收到缩短轧制节奏的效果。在进行轧钢车间设计时轧制节奏可根据已定的工艺和设备条件以及产量要求设定,也可根据相同或相近的现场生产条件进行实际测定。 (衷康)
