Objective To observe the advantage of CLAVE connector in permanent central venous catheterization.

Methods The Clave connector group adopts physiological saline to wash the tube firstly and then block the tube with the Clave connector, and the contrast group adopts the heparin (50 u/ ml, 4～ 6 ml), block the tube per 6～ 10 hours.
