BEIJING, April 3 (Xinhuanet) -- The US State Department says America "will not accept" the DPRK as a nuclear state. Still, spokeswoman Victoria Nuland has seemingly downplayed the severity of the threat.

Victoria Nuland, Spokeswoman of US State Department, said, "Well obviously there’s a long way to go between a stated intention and actually being able to pull it off with all that would entail. But were they be able to put themselves back into a position to use the facility that would obviously be extremely alarming."
