BEIJING, Nov. 20 (Xinhuanet) -- Speaking at the 15th China- summit, Chinese Premier , has said seeking consensus through consultation and accommodating each other’s concerns are the core principles of the ASEAN spirit.

Wen said shelving disputes and promoting consensus demonstrate the concept of the Oriental Civilization. Meanwhile, East Asian countries should follow such a spirit when dealing with territorial or maritime disputes.

Against the backdrop of the global financial crisis, Wen said the integration of regional economies will definitely have a profound impact on the world landscape.
