BEIJING, Aug. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- Arab League chief Nabil al-Arabi says the group has submitted a resolution for n transition to the UN General Assembly.
The assembly could vote on the resolution as early as Wednesday. Al-Arabi also said France has proposed to the member states of the UN Security Council a ministerial emergency meeting on the Syria crisis.
