South China's Guangdong Province is expected to see a new round of rainfall through Thursday. Local weather authorities say heavy rainstorms will strike the region with thunder, strong wind and hail. The local government has issued warnings. As of Tuesday, the latest round of storms across Guangdong has affected nearly 70,000 people. At least 14 are dead, 3 missing and 14 injured. Homes, roads and bridges have been damaged. The government has evacuated residents and distributed relief materials.
