TEHRAN, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad- Javad Zarif and his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu urged here on Wednesday for a ceasefire in Syria prior to potential Geneva II conference.
