JOHANNESBURG, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- The under-construction shopping mall in South Africa that collapsed on Tuesday did not get the approval of the building plan, said an official Wednesday.
The mall near the port city of Durban in the southeastern province of KuaZulu-Natal collapsed on Tuesday afternoon, killing at least one woman and injuring 29 others. Full story
