Silk Road cultural expo held in Xi’an

An expo, aiming to display the splendid culture of the ancient Silk Road, took place in the Tang Dynasty Western Market in Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi Province from October 22 to 26. The event, organized by China Chamber of International Commerce, presented to visitors the bountiful cultural and tourism resources in countries along the Silk Road, an ancient commercial route, which wriggled through mountains, lakes and deserts, from China to southern Europe.
