BEIJING, Sept. 17 (Xinhuanet) -- Britain and the US have joined in declaring that details contained in a UN report confirm that Dmascus, not the opposition, was behind an August 21st attack with sarin gas.
Britain’s Ambassador to the UN, Mark Lyall Grant, told reporters there was "no remaining doubt that it was the n government". His US counterpart Samantha Power said the same.
